Susan BerginA humanitarian at heart, Irish-born lawyer, Susan Bergin, worked on the Mau Lau Litigation acting on on behalf of 5,228 Kenyan victims of torture during the independence movement in the 1950s resulting in a £19.9M settlement, and part of the team that acted on behalf of the Bodo community affected by multiple oil spills from Shell’s Trans-Niger Pipeline resulting in a £55 million settlement. Susan previously worked in Nepal with the International Labor Organization's Employment and Peace Building based on Local Economic Development (EmPLED) project to design two new trekking routes: the Numbur Cheese Circuit located between Everest and Rolwaling region, and the Indigenous Peoples' Trail.
